Summarize your bug When installing the ea app I was get the error something went wrong…
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install the EA app
What happens when the bug occurs? The error message pops up
What do you expect to see? A successful installation of the ea app
I downloaded the ea app a while back and it installed right but always had a oh snap it crashed message. I have never been able to launch the app to the login screen.
I decided to try and fix it today so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but now it won’t uninstall.
I have tried a lot of fixes including factory reset pc, installing microsoft visual redistricbution (something like that).
Please Help.
Hi @734773a2bc4f2167 Thanks for running through those, To check do you have any settings or security that might block applications writing in your C drive?
Also, what was the other error you receive when you tried in a clean boot?
