EA app stuck on preparing/downloading/repairing/updating

I had a very frustrating night, after buying a sims4 add-on, I couldn't download it on EA app (stuck on preparing forever), so I clicked cancel (stuck on canceling) and failed to work, so I had to kill the program from manager. Then when I relaunch my EA app, my sims4 can longer be launched (even from offline), firstly it says repairing required, then stuck on repairing,  then it says update required, then stuck on updating. I try to download Apex and also get stuck. I've seen similar problems posted and tried all troubleshooting but did't work (I even try to install origin but seems fail to work on Win 11)

Talked to three advisors, none with proper solutions, one even tell me to boot my PC(I'm so appalled). EA app is so frustratingly crap, it's a crime considering how much money I spent on the game and now even launching it becomes impossible.
