Unfortunately, I still haven’t found a solution, and it seems nobody knows how to fix this.
Possibly due to the lack of responses in the thread.I also forgot to mention earlier that I already tried installing and troubleshooting in Clean Boot mode, but it didn’t work either.
At this point, I’m running out of options.
I was hoping someone from the official EA Community team could at least acknowledge this issue, even if just to say they’d look into it. But I’m not sure if that’s going to happen.hello im also having the same problem but on windows 10. for me the connecting to the app screen pops up for barely a few seconds before closing and not opening the EA app, i check my task manager and sure enough theres multiple ea's and the eabackground service. and ive also done most of basic troubleshoots and still no fix for me either.

It unfortunately involves deleting everything, including the game. I took my mods folder out, and uninstalled it with REVO. I found remnants in program files, common files
