I am having the same issue I just made a post about it before seeing this. It works on a new user account but not the main one. the troubles started when I put the app offline last night, suddenly today it doesn't work on my main user. this is the second time it's happened to me I really don't want to have to create a new user profile every few months whenever the app stops working. please look into this EA?!
