EA app telling me The Sims 4 is uninstalled when it isn't

Hi, I'm having a very infuriating problem. I played The Sims 4 the day before just to log into EA the next morning and the app tells me I have to download the game. I'm completely confused because I played it the previous night with no issues. I've done everything other people with the same issue have done. I've cleared cache, restarted both the app and my pc multiple times, ended task, tried app recovery, updating the app, EVERYTHING I can possibly think of, yet nothing works. It seems I haven't been the only one with the problem, yet others that had the problem seems to have gotten it fixed except me. My pc doesn't even have space because the game itself is in my laptop and has taken up all the space so I can't even reinstall the game. Please I have DLCs, packs, mods and cc installed so I don't want to do anything that will make me lose my game and saves as well because I've lost my saves multiple times and IT HURTS. Please I need help!!! I have screenshots below. Thank you.

There are no "three dots" to click...

Also, please keep in mind that my "Last played" should actually be March 21st or something. I don't know where all my progress went to. Thank you in advance.

  • Avacrest  No, the Delta folder is where Sims 4 is installed, so you were supposed to delete the entire Sims 4 folder Delta was in.  The point was to find that folder since you didn't already know where it was.  If you can't find it again, run the pack search I listed, which should take you to the same location.

puzzlezaddict  I deleted Delta, it doesn't change anything. I thought deleting it was supposed to clear out all the space the sims 4 was taking...

  • Avacrest  Search your computer for a Delta folder and jump there.  (Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the word in search field in the upper-right corner.)  It should be inside the Sims 4's program files, and you can simply delete this folder and reinstall the game.

If you can't find Delta, look for the folder name of any pack you've ever installed.  Here's a list:

Keep in mind that these searches can take a little while, so blank results for a couple minutes doesn't necessarily mean no results.

puzzlezaddict I unfortunately don't have space on my pc to do that. I only have 20GB left and the game requires 23GB space. The game is somewhere in my computer taking space already :(

  • Avacrest  Try "downloading" the game to its current location.  But make sure you're not installing it anywhere within Documents.  If that's where it was installed before, pick a different location.
