EA app won’t launch

I’ve seen that other people have problems launching games but I can’t even launch the app itself now. It’s been fine before but for some reason about a week ago when I try to launch EA it just comes up with a blank login screen.

I can’t input my login details because there’s nothing to put them into, it’s basically just a grey square. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, running as administrator, and dug around in my files a little bit but I’m at a dead end ☹️

Any advice would be appreciated
