EA App Won't Launch - EC:106 & EC:104
Hi,
I've been having an issue with the EA App on Mac for several weeks. Tried to reach out to support, and they told me to re-download the app 3 different times, so I've been trying to figure it out for myself in other forum discussions.
I started out with error EC:106 where the app downloaded, replaced Origin, and then wouldn't open due to the error. Tried re-downloading a few different times, to reach the point I'm at now. Somehow through the forums, I managed to get the app to give me error EC:104 instead, but now the app just continually asks for my password to give security access before eventually crashing (screenshot attached for most recent crash). I've tried using the EA Launch Helper to fix it, but that only seems to speed up the crashing process.

Mac model name: Mac Pro
What version of macOS are you using: Monterey 12.7.5
Timestamp when the issue first occurred: When I tried downloading the EA App on June 9, 2024
Current version of EA app: Can't open the app
