This problem persisted before I installed the older version of Origin, I had to resort to installing Origin to test if it was just the EA App that was not working. The Origin app was already uninstalled completely before I wrote this ticket, so I'm already at that point. I still cannot access my games because of this. The fact that an old (and now unofficial) app works far better than the official supported app (which doesn't work at all) is extremely frustrating. I'm strongly considering not buying any games from EA moving forward because of this. Just to add, the EA games I own on Steam (a 3rd party app) also work perfectly fine as well (I only bought games on EA App/Origin since they were exclusively on this platform alone when purchased) also adds salt to the wound.
