Ea App won't launch
Hello,
I am having an issue that every time I launch the ea app it won't even open, in task manager it just shows 'ea crash reporter'. I am on Windows 11 Pro. I have tried:
- updating the app
- using the app recovery feature
- reinstalling the app
- restarting my computer
Nothing works. The app will simply not open and so I am locked out of my games. I pre-ordered the new expansion pack for the sims 4 and I am not going to be able to play it as I can't get the app to open. This is beyond frustrating and the second time this has happened to me, the only thing that fixed it before was making a new user profile and I am not willing to go through that hassle again for only one app.
Please help!
