ea app won't open that I downloaded

I Try to download the app and it won't let me open it.

Are you seeing an error message of any kind @duhitzjulissa?

What exactly is happening, the more info you can share with us the better.

    I am not getting any error message. when I launch the desktop app nothing opens but the EA background service starts running.
