EA App working issue - Not showing app content - Can't play Apex Legend

Summarize your bug EA App does not display complete information as usual. Apex Legend access screen loads forever. Unable to enter the game. My brother and I are on the same network, but my brother's device can access Apex and access the EA App normally, but mine can't. Yesterday I was able to play normally, but today I can't. I live in Vietnam. Check attached image.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Yesterday I was able to play normally, but today I can't.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't play Apex Legend. Loading forever.
What do you expect to see? Play Apex Legend

EA App does not display complete information as usual.
Apex Legend access screen loads forever. Unable to enter the game.
My brother and I are on the same network, but my brother's device can access Apex and access the EA App normally, but mine can't.
Yesterday I was able to play normally, but today I can't.
I live in Vietnam.

I'm tried to: Restart App, Uninstall/Install App, Recovery App, Restart my PC, Re-install Apex Legend, change PC IP adress, change network line. It's still not working.
