Community ManagerHey there. Here are some steps that could help in this situation:
- Close background applications to run the EA app
- Clear EA app cache and make sure that the app was installed in its default location on C drive.
- Add Steam, the EA app, and the game to the exclusion list in your antivirus program and firewall.
