EA can't process my payment

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty completing that purchase.

Have you used the same card(s) to purchase something on the EA App in the past? It sounds like you've already gone through these payment troubleshooting steps, so please give the following a try: 

• Removing saved payment methods from your wallet and entering that information when prompted during the checkout process 
• Check in with our live support team and have them take a look at your account to see what might be triggering the error message
• Try purchasing those items on our website instead of the EA App

It might also be worth checking with your bank to see if there are any security concerns there that have been blocking the payment, just to rule that out.
