Hey @BruceGenderz For your saves they should be kept in Document > Bioware > MELE > Saves, If you have saves their then your progress is fine. If not check your Trash bin to see if they are there.
For the issue with launching the game, can you try to recover the app from the option on the top left of EA Desktop?

@EA_IlliumSo I did run through the recover app solution before I made the original post and it would still throw up the error.
Also by how I ran through downloading the entire 110GB game again last night while I slept (5hr download) and now, it got stuck on "resuming download." (see attachment) So I restarted the app and now it is stuck on "loading" saying "things are taking a little longer to load up. Please hang tight." (see attachment #2)
Well, I've been hanging tight for 35min now...
I just want to pick the game up from where I left off. The first 36hrs were completely bug-free and awesome(I beat all of ME1 and 8hrs into ME2) but this bug won't even let me play at all. Please help.

@EA_Illium OK so after waiting for the game to reinstall. And after it got stuck on "resuming" (see previous comment)... I decided top try the "recover app" button again.
Well now the play button shows up for mass effect le but when I click it, it says "an error on our end caused it to fail..."
What's the error on your end? Will I get to play this game anytime soon?

@BruceGenderz By chance do you have any security, VPN, proxy server running on the device?
