EA Desktop - "You don't have access" and "an error on our end caused it to fail"

I only have one EA account, connected to EA Play through Xbox Games pass. I have downloaded ME legendary edition through the EA Beta Desktop App and put 36 hours into it over the last few months. ...

i have the exact same issue. tried all the trouble shooting mentioned nothing works. thes EA App is trash....

agreed, when i thought the origin app couldnt get any worse... their response was CHALLENGE ACCEPTED... then named it after themselves... and this problem has persisted since feb 2022, its almost 2 years later and people are STILL having purchasing issues with it. how has a class action not been formed yet?
