Just checking in, are you still facing connection difficulties with Sims 4?
If you are, please try closing background apps, clearing the EA App's cache, and restarting your device. If the game's online features are still unavailable, please uninstall the EA App, restart your device, and reinstall the app.
It might be worth checking out the following connection troubleshooting steps as well.
