    Hi everyone,

    A little update from our side:

    We did some investigating to why this is happening and we might have found the cause, which we're looking to fix. 

    Thank you for all the detailed examples so far and I'll let you know when I have an update to share. 

    UPDATE

    The specific issue that caused this has now been resolved. If you're still having issues, then please create a new thread with information.

For Everyone asking if I have fixed:

I left it alone and just used Origin since I posted this. I tried it again a month ago and it seems to working fine, I don’t know if there was an update to fix this issue or if it just went away on its own. Before that though, I did try reinstalling multiple times and it never worked so I don’t know what fixed this issue. Thank you for your replies.

    this is my situation.. don't works
    i don't want to use Origin because it cause me a lot of disconnections

      Yep, that’s the exact same thing happening to me too. I wish someone from EA could respond to let us know if this is a known issue or not.

      Also experiencing the same issue and I've done all the troubleshooting I can think of aside from a Windows 10 reinstall

        i don't want to reinstall win 10... i want that a program works fine with my SO
