Hi&nbsp;@ustunab,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Crysis downloads, you can try the following steps:

Reboot your PC
Clear the EA Desktop app cache via the App Recovery
Run EA Desktop as administrator
Temporarily disable your anti-virus/firewalls
Lower your UAC (User Acces Control) settings in Windows

Could you give it a go and let me know if it made a difference?

@EA_Jason I did all of your suggestions but no luck. I can download only Crysis 3 but not 2 and 1 ☹️ pls h elp

@EA_Jason Honestly frustrated. You responded in this thread five months ago and you couldn't help?? This game and its sequel is still bugged.

I have seen a similar message on other games&nbsp;@Wuffen22.

Usually reinstalling the app or trying this workaround does the trick.&nbsp;

Could you let me know if that does anything for you? Otherwise I'd have to dig into this a little deeper.&nbsp;
