Thanks for the examples, let's try with the basics first by clearing the cache of EA Desktop.

I tried to clearing the cache of Ea desktop but its not change anything, there is still porblem.
- EA_Jason@Smuggler34 Then could you try to reinstall EA Desktop after clearing the cache?
- @EA_Jason opened up the app this evening and it has started working, no idea why or for what reason but it seems to have fixed itself.
