EA Desktop doesnt let me download games, infinite loading circle

I can see that you have striped out your EA account name and I can't really check what's happening.

Do you have any issues with adding the games to My Collection, or do you only have the issue when you try to download your games through My Collection?

I just want to make sure that it doesn't have anything to do with this issue:

Whenever i click 'Download' it doesnt let me choose where i want to install the game to in my files. Instead the ring appears, and stays there PERMANENTLY, until i reload the app. 

It doesnt add it to 'My Collection' or let me install it. And on the Xbox app it doesnt say anything either just 'Preparing 0%' then dissapears after a minute. Also the username is Osh1899 because i couldnt link my main EA Account to my Microsoft/Xbox account and so i had to create a new one by clicking the Xbox icon on the launch of the EA Desktop App.

In that case, could you try logging into your Osh1899  account and make sure that all your account details, such as your e-mail address, are up to date?

Thats the weird thing, i cant access my 'Osh1899' profile from anything that isnt EA Desktop because it didnt ask me for an email, just linked it to my microsoft account. however, this email was already used for an EA account. Every time i try logging in using the email it doesnt give me the right account. I can change my password and stuff from this email for the Osh1899 account but it wont let me sign in with that exact email.

Update: Ive just tried logging in through my Microsoft account on ea.com and its doing some really wacky * and not letting me click the 'sign in' button and it just kicks me back onto the main page, not logged in.

Update Update: I have managed to get into my Osh1899 account and have decided to unlink my Xbox seeming as its not working in the slightest. Is there any way i'd be able to link my Microsoft account to my main account?

Already did this and because ive unlinked something so recently they said i cant relink any other microsoft account.
