EA Desktop Fails to Launch Dragon Age Inquisition

Summarize your bug When I try to launch DAI via the EA app or via frosty mod manager, the game always fails to launch. Sometimes there's the error message above, other times the EA app simply minimizes, as though to launch the game, but then reappears with nothing changed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm unsure. Other friends seem able to play DAI without issue despite using EA desktop, so I don't know why this is happening. I would assume the closest way to replicate my methods and find the bug would be to download DAI, and then try to launch the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The error message appears, or the EA app pops back up and nothing else happens.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game I paid for years ago and legally own to be playable. I expect the EA desktop to be capable of launching said game. I expect to see the EA desktop app minimize itself, and the game screen to appear as it launches.
The first few times I tried to launch DAI after not playing it for months the game launched successfully. It's only recently in the past several days where it has proven to be impossible to launch.
I've tried several different methods to try and figure out the problem and resolve the issue but repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, and updating all related drivers and graphics cards etc. have not worked. The error states that it's an issue on EA's part but then how can it be resolved?
Any insights or help is much appreciated. I've tried the methods suggested in previous threads about the EA desktop app failing to launch games but none of them have been effective in my case.
EDIT: It's been over a week since this began and a week since I posted to this forum, and it's still an issue. Why can't the EA app launch its own game? Why is this only happening for certain people?
EDIT: It's been over a month since I posted this and still no assistance or information from EA. I uninstalled the EA app and uninstalled all my EA games, and re-downloaded the Origin app. Once I downloaded my games again on the Origin app, they have been working smoothly without issue. It's been a lot of wasted hours but apparently the EA app creates issues for some people, and not for others. This seems like something that should be addressed but for now: using the Origin app is still an option with EA games. If you are experiencing this issue as well, I suggest using Origin!
EDIT 2023: The EA app forcefully updated and I had no choice but to download it, my games no longer work with Origin. DRAGON AGE: INQUISITION STILL REFUSES TO LAUNCH FROM EA DESKTOP OR IN GENERAL AND IT IS STILL LISTED AS AN ERROR ON EA'S PART. PLEASE FIX THIS. I paid for this game years ago and I should still be able to play and access this game and its content, that's what I paid for.
EDIT FEB 2023: After repairing, uninstalling, and reinstalling the game multiple times and using the datapathfix plugin for frosty mod manager I was finally able to launch DAI with mods engaged. There are still issues to sort out and some mods aren't working properly, but the game now launches, and hopefully will be consistently accessible from now on. I hope this issue will be resolved for other users as well
