Had this issue since i was 'forced' to use the EA app.. tied many fixes that didn't work. found this Vid and tried the last bit of adding to virus and threat bit... and worked for me, game is running happily now... hope it can help others.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4V7IeKr7kus

    @KiyiaSmash I did all this ☹️ Nothing work and the game was working fine before the EA APP..
