EA Desktop keeps logging out after every session

Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Game Hub
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 02.04.21 18:30 (basically every time I launch EA Desktop)
Summarize your bug Hey, Each time while launching EA Desktop app it asks for my login credentials which shouldn't ever happen because I always choose 'keep me logged in' option while logging in.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? launch EA Desktop app
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm logged out and need to enter credentials
What do you expect to see? Please look into it since it's quite annoying to enter login + password each time

    Hi everyone,

    We have seen your reports where choosing the Xbox login won't sign you in automatically even when checking the checkbox to stay signed in. I have notified the team about this and we will have a look to see what is causing this.

    Thank you for all the detailed examples so far.

    This is on the older side of time, I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

    If you have any issues with EA app, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.

    Same nonsense for me. Windows 10. "Unrecoverable error" followed by a login screen every time my computer comes out of standby.

    I use email/password to login.

    OVER TWO AND A HALF YEARS AND THIS STILL ISNT FIXED.? RIDICULOUS.

    @NapoZtJr Same here. I'm also on xbox ultimate and it's been logging me out every time. I just noticed that this was a post from a year ago, so I'm curious if you ever resolved it.

    This is happening for me on Windows 11. The EA app will just randomly log out. Usually after the computer wakes from sleep. Sometimes it disconnects me while in the middle of playing a game though, and that's annoying.

    Happens for me as well.  EA on Windows 11 PC.  Fix it please EA, you appear to be doing very little to progress what's clearly a known issue.
