I bought a new laptop and now I can't download Anno Ubisoft doesn't recognise that I spent over £100 on these games through EA and I can't just download them through EA. I would tell anyone to not buy any products that are not EA owned as they will no longer have the ability to download them if they change device since the "upgrade" (I use this term loosely, its a huge downgrade of service). I feel ripped off and cheated and unable to play any games I bought through the previous Orgin app now that it has migrated over. I can't warn players enough do not buy through this system you will spend a fortune and not have access!! Totally rubbish with no help!! There is no system help other than this message board system, how is that help??? No help at all what a rip off!!!
