Hey @Brass_Buckles,
EA Play is EA's (our) subscription service, previously this was indeed called EA Access. EA app is the official name of the EA Desktop program. 🙂
If you are experiencing the issue that a purchased game/DLC is available on Origin but not the EA app, please report that in this thread, so we can pass it on to the teams for investigation.
Thank you!
The name of the app isn't in question. I'm having the same problem on my computer. I logged into EA App (I have a Play Pro membership) but it doesn't show that I have the membership in the app at all, and when I check my account, it says I'm an active play member. However I am unable to access ANY of my saved content, ones that I have imported redemption codes to digital games that I had previously bought direct copies of. I want to play my games but it seems to be more of a scam for cash grab and not follow through on the service promised.

Hey @meekobb83,
There is no need to be rude. Since this is a forum and some people looked confused by the names of the software and/or subscription model, others can try to help explain the info to them, so people aren't confused anymore.
If your My Collection screen was empty in the EA app, this issue is being tracked here.
