I found a fix on reddit and gave it a try. It worked -- I was trying to patch Mass Effect LE, got stuck on calculating time, and tried this after the other cache clearing fixes I found here. Are you having the issue downloading the Mass Effect LE patch? This is happening to me also.

I also have this issue - with Apex. As i cannot cancel or pause it, I'm unable to update or play any other games.

I have the same issue , tried to update Apex and it started to re download the whole game. Closed the app while it was initializing and now it's in Limbo. Can't cancel the download , can't pause it. Says it's complete in the picture though also downloading.

I also have this issue - with Apex. As i cannot cancel or pause it, I'm unable to update or play any other games.

Same here. Need for Speed has been "calculating time" since yesterday

Having this same issue now with the Night Ops dlc for Battlefield 4. Apparently it never installed and now I cannot cancel the download but it is stuck in a "Preparing Calculating Time" limbo
