Ea Desktop Wont launch at all due a error

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 04/06/21
Summarize your bug Literally can't open the client no matter what.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to open the program
What happens when the bug occurs? The client gives a message saying and unresolvable error has occurred and gives the option to close or restart the program. Neither option seems to fully stop the all the client's services.
What do you expect to see? A successfully launched client

Tried restarting PC, uninstalling EA Desktop, and plenty of other troubleshooting ideas. It's just complete luck if it'll happen to open after constantly closing it and trying again. Apparently it was fixed about a month ago, but nothing has changed. This has been happening for almost a year at this point.
