Lost Game from Origin

Hi there, a long time ago, I had the origin app where I would play sim city with the cities of tomorrow DLC. I've gotten back onto the same account with the new EA app and now it's saying I don't own that game. I only owned that game and DLC in the past and would like to play it now but I'm not going to purchase the same game twice. Thanks
