Summarize your bug Attempted to install EA Desktop on PC from Xbox Game Pass. Get the "Oof something exploded" crash notification. Attempted to use Error Reporter get the dialogue and then the same crash notification. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Desktop App multiple times, restarted the computer when prompted and my behavior is unchanged. I went into the logs file in my program data, I only have a log for the EABackgroundService and this appears to be the critical error: 10172ERROR (`anonymous-namespace'::buildSignatureUrl)[downloadUrl] is empty After that it has everything shutting down.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unclear have 2 PCs, one the app works without issue the other reproduces the bug 100%.
What happens when the bug occurs? EA Desktop App crashes
What do you expect to see? EA desktop app to not crash
