I have tried all the ways, also uninstalled, cleared cache, restarted still the same, when click on buy from EA App for any games, i was getting the same above error like we ran into a problem couldn't connect to EA App. This i was getting while buying any new games, if i run a existing via online no issue with it. Please do the needful!!!
