@elbot74 Two things come to mind. Are you using a third party antivirus program? If your using a third party antivirus you need to make sure ALL the ports needed are allowing data through. If you are using the antivirus that comes with Windows the EA app installer should configure the firewall correctly. If you are using a third party antivirus you may (probably) need to configure the firewall manually. Try disabling the firewall and try the game. Remember to re-enable the firewall. Do you have the latest version of the EA app and not the beta version? If you have the beta version download the latest installer version and reinstall the EA app. Are you using the Steam version? If so you will have to link your Steam account to the EA app.
add: right now I'm suing Windows 11 with the security that comes with Windows and it works just fine. Just checked before posting.
