The error you are seeing appear to be related to your GPU @IamBenSwolo, the best thing to do is a clean install of your GPU drivers.
You also need to ensure that you:
- Turn on vsync
- Perform a clean boot before attemting to play the game
- Ensure you have power supply capable of meeting the demands of your hardware while it is under heavy gaming load
- Set all in game graphics settings to low in order to reduce the stress on your GPU.
- Set the high performance preset in your GPU control panel, as opposed to the high quality preset.
- Run your video card at stock speeds (memory and core). This is also important for players with factory overclocked cards. This will require some third party software such as EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner etc.

Hey @IamBenSwolo I'd recommend reaching out to your GPU manufacturer for further assistance as this error message is related to your GPU.

Nothing helps. Your game launcher is trash. Im sick of my CPU load being 99% for no reason when having the EA app open and playing EA games. SAD

No it's not related to their GPU, because its happening on PS5 too, I cant play any EA games without them crashing every 5 minutes... THANK GOD, y'all have trials and I didnt had to waste money on them. When is this going to be fixed? Also, FIFA 22 and 23 both lag MASSIVELY on PS5.

Sounds like you are having issues with your console @CoachZeke, I've never had any issues with an EA game crashing on my PS5 or issues with lag.
What steps have you tried to improve your network and look into your console issues?

People up in here with high end gaming rigs and PS5s and all you can do is think its our hardware. It's not. How could a PS5 possibly have any issues. EA launcher is just trash and only just recently came out of beta stage which is fair enough but here you are indicating it's our hardware and lack of trouble-shooting. Fact is if we can't just click on a game and have it boot instantly then why should we bother or have to do muck around trouble-shooting and file trickery. My flash new high end PC can play witcher 3 on steam and flight sim 2020 on xbox app and age of empires 4 but I can't play medal of honor allied assault a 20 year old game through ea play. I also can't play command and conquer. But it does let me play sim city 2014. Strange.
I suggest to anyone to not bother with ea play launcher altogether for a good wee while until it's been updated further. Maybe it's because I am only doing $1 trial for the first month, maybe that's why. But I am not going to risk paying full price for any game on ea play launcher. If you are using game pass on xbox app, only bother with games that are not are not affliliated with EA (do not have the little ea play notation at the bottom of the tile) because I have no issues with those ones. Also you can go to GOG and simply buy ea games for quite cheap (on sale at present) and you will have no issues. I bought medal of honor allied assault to own for only $2.49 US and no issues whatsoever.
Perhaps the issue is do with some communication problem between EA and xbox. Googling this it just seems like they point the finger at each other.

Same on xbox

@EA_Darko Regarding your post in this thread, it's not the GPU clock speed that's causing crashes. My 3090 is overclocked and it is not affecting EA games at all. What WAS causing crashes was my overclocked CPU. EA games stopped crashing once I reverted back to default CPU clock speeds. This was confirmed to resolve the issue by another member here who was also overclocking their CPU.
Please edit your post, as GPU clock speeds aren't the issue (unless its a power draw issue, which in most cases is not, since other non-EA games run just fine)- 2 years ago
Well ive been on a troubleshooting crusade with my pc since some other games had some crashing.
Disabling hyperthreading did not fix the issue, turning my ram down to 4800mhz made me able to play about half a match before it crashed.
Then i decided to disable:
BOTH E-CORES and HYPERTHREADING and i have been able to play 'normally' again with some weird jaggy lagspikes here n there but it has worked. Disabling this however made the cpu run at a constant 100% with a clock speed of 5.2ghz in matchesI've chalked this down to a bad cpu since ive had crashing issues in other games too, i updated to Win11 in hopes it would work better since win11 can manage e-cores better but nah.
I turned on both e-cores and HT and turned xmp on for ram and we're back to crashing randomly ingame matches, this time it atleast doesnt crash on startup like it used to when i had everything on "full" throttle.
I also dont overclock anything, i let the factory "boosts" or w/e it is called handle that

having the same issue, did everything u said to do, not a GPU issue just installed a brand new rtx 3050 and the issue remains. EA will forever produce dogmeat games with the only goal of cashing out

Same problem here
EVERY GAMES on EA crash, but it happen only with EA Games, i reinstalled windows properly, i updates BIOS, CPU, GPU , MotherBoard, i removed all the overclocking.
I Tested every single hardware component on my PC, doing TMP5 / Cleaning the windows with the cmd , Every single pilote is updated.
Ea doesnt care about it, they just say : contact windows
If anyone has a solution please ...

High end PC here can't run 1 EA game sucks too cause I do enjoy the NFS franchise.
-Gigabyte RTX 4090
-32 GB Corsair 6400 DDR5
-E-ATX Z790 AORUS XTREME
-13900K Intel i9
I've ran in in a custom startup with bare bones and anything EA related still crashed. There is no way this is from a lack of system resources.
