I've had these crashing issues only while playing , Battlefield 1, Fifa 21, NFS Heat and Battlefront 2. I can play heavy games like Red Dead 2 without any problems or crashes on Steam. I'm trying to launch ANY game through the EA app and nothing launches. All games crash on startup. It's not my hardware. Your launcher needs serious work, sometimes the mouse cursor doesn't even line up in the launcher, but does with the rest of my desktop and every other app. Please address these issues and stop blaming hardware or the users.

Nothing helps. Your game launcher is trash. Im sick of my CPU load being 99% for no reason when having the EA app open and playing EA games. SAD

People up in here with high end gaming rigs and PS5s and all you can do is think its our hardware. It's not. How could a PS5 possibly have any issues. EA launcher is just trash and only just recently came out of beta stage which is fair enough but here you are indicating it's our hardware and lack of trouble-shooting. Fact is if we can't just click on a game and have it boot instantly then why should we bother or have to do muck around trouble-shooting and file trickery. My flash new high end PC can play witcher 3 on steam and flight sim 2020 on xbox app and age of empires 4 but I can't play medal of honor allied assault a 20 year old game through ea play. I also can't play command and conquer. But it does let me play sim city 2014. Strange. I suggest to anyone to not bother with ea play launcher altogether for a good wee while until it's been updated further. Maybe it's because I am only doing $1 trial for the first month, maybe that's why. But I am not going to risk paying full price for any game on ea play launcher. If you are using game pass on xbox app, only bother with games that are not are not affliliated with EA (do not have the little ea play notation at the bottom of the tile) because I have no issues with those ones. Also you can go to GOG and simply buy ea games for quite cheap (on sale at present) and you will have no issues. I bought medal of honor allied assault to own for only $2.49 US and no issues whatsoever.Perhaps the issue is do with some communication problem between EA and xbox. Googling this it just seems like they point the finger at each other.

Thought i'd wake this thread up as this is still happening.Only on EA games like Fifa22/23 and now Battlefront 2. I managed to do 2 games in Battlefront and on the third, the game just closed down without error code.Fifa 22 and 23 are the same, i cant do a div rivals game 95% of the time as it will just freeze for 1 sec and then close down without error code, usually happens within 50 match minutes though it has happened within like 1 match minute or at the 90th match minute. Also using EA APP.I have tried ridiculously many fixes too including taking out my 4090 and testing with my "old" 3080 and 1660 super, both had the issue while all other games i play work flawlessly.

Yeah, the "it's your hardware" excuse doesn't really work, considering all of my games were launching perfectly fine until I switched from Origin to the EA App.

This is happening to me also, I'm on a fresh installation of Win11, everything's updated. ANY EA game crashes after I run it. It's pretty sad this is from 2021, and it still exists!

High end PC here can't run 1 EA game sucks too cause I do enjoy the NFS franchise.

-32 GB Corsair 6400 DDR5
-E-ATX Z790 AORUS XTREME
-13900K Intel i9
I've ran in in a custom startup with bare bones and anything EA related still crashed. There is no way this is from a lack of system resources.

FIX FOUND!!!! (at least for me)
After a few weeks of trying to fix this, I finally found something that worked. I was having the same issue as everyone here where games from EA App would crash constantly with no error message and this fixed it for all games I have tried so far (i've tried 3).Here are the steps:
1. Go to game that you want to play in EA App
2. Click Manage, then View Properties, then Browse
3. Find the Anti Cheat application (mine is titled "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher")
4. Right click on that file, then click Properties
5. Go to Compatibility section (on the top)
6. Click "Run this program as administrator" and click Apply
Now your game should (hopefully) run normally if you had the same issue as me.

I am not sure if I am adding to the thread correctly, but I am also having this issue. Every game from steam runs just fine as long as it is not made by EA. I have done multiple complete computer resets and reinstalled windows with no luck. I feel like EA does not care about the quality of their launcher or they would have fixed this issue a long time ago. I have not been able to play 2042, BF4, Apex, or Battlefront II. I am at a loss. Thanks for any help.
