@timabyeurovision same here, I've just transitioned from Origin to EA play on my macbook air, and because it was stuck at preparing for so long, I thought I'll cancel and restart it. Hope there'll be a solution soon, I wanna play sims ☹️

Surprisingly, this “cancelling” thing has disappeared randomly for me after I reinstalled ea games for a few times… and now it works
