EA i want my games back or my money!!

I bought three add-ons to my sim4 game. i go to play my game and it is telling me my games have been removed and payment failed. i checked my bank account and for sure that payment has been processed and completed. EA i want my games back or refund my money!!!! not playing my sims till this is fixed.

  • for me it showed that i purchased it and owned it then none of the content was available so i decided to uninstall the game and reinstall it and then it said that the payment failed and that i wouldn't be charged but i was.

    Having the same problem. Purchased last night and now it tells me I failed to purchase even when I look at my bank statements, it tells me otherwise. I am not happy, now I cant play my save.

    It's about time to never buy an EA product ever again. They keep closing help requests without updating them no matter what it's for. This company is garbage with no morals. They'll take your money and run

  • Same issue here. I bought a Sims 4 game pack and was able to play with it for a few hours, but when I opened the game back up later it showed that it wasn't installed. Checked my account and it said the payment failed, but looking at my bank account it clearly went through. Waiting on response to my help ticket but would love a response here from EA since so many people are having this problem!

    I opened a case too but there was over 3 hours of a wait, and then suddenly it said the chat option wasn't available. So I can't even try to live chat without opening a new case. I tried that once and they closed the second case without contacting me, still waiting on a response to the first one.

    This exact thing happened to me it let me download and use 3 kits I purchased on the 7th and then the next time I went to play it said I didn’t own them.  I checked my order history and it now says the payment failed.  I used money from my EA wallet and CC and now the EA gift card money is just gone and the charge isn’t even pending in my bank account it’s posted.  I’ve reached out to EA help but they are horrific and extremely difficult to even try and create a support ticket.
