Try to launch one game. If it loads infinitely close ea app, start it again and retry the same game. Keep doing the same pattern and when it writes something about corrupted save start the game and make a new save so the cloud will be updated.

I m with the same problem. I installed Star Wars Battlefront II with the addon from Steam. First few times I managed to play a little. Then it started to crash in campaign mode, and I could no longer connect to the EA app. I tried the suggestions above, installed and reinstalled the game, steam and the EA app several times and it didn't work. EA app closes by itself (from Steam) or just restart (from app) after a few seconds after clicking to launch the game
make sure game exes not run as adminastor and same with ea app. if you make games run as adminastor ea app cant launch. for battleront 2 deleting bf2 folder under my floder fix issue but you have to select every cards.

Seriously it annoys me as I do not have a Cloud save and it is just frustrating...
