This is happening to me too.
Windows 11
Game bought on steam.
Worked for weeks.
Now it's broken, wont launch from either EA or steam.
Clicking run the game tries to start, EA closes, game doesn't start, EA reopens itself.
Similar situation here.
Windows 10 - Fifa 22 bought on steam.
It worked fine till today when an update showed up on steam and installed the EA app. Now the game doesn't launch, keeps looping between the FIFA launcher and the EA app.
This is the same thing that happens to me with Battlefield 2042. Windows 10. Owned the game and played over 60 hours on it. Haven't played in a few months and I went to play it today and all of a sudden games goes to launch brings up the EA app and won't launch. Tried to launch directly from EA App and it won't from there either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, checked to make sure firewall is not blocking and made sure running as admin but none of this has helped.
same here, NONE of my ea games launch, was playing unbound yesterday and then today doesnt launch at all, i tried the rest of my ea games that i got through steam and NONE launch. even my copy of battlefield 4 on ea app doesnt launch.

Same here. I even turned my Firewall off to see if that was interferring but no change. I just keep getting an infinite loading screen. What a waste of money! No more EA products for me.
I found "Ea upadater" on my pc, just clicked on it, it dowloaded files, and my EA app was up and running great after that.
HOpe it fixes your problems guys.
I don't have this launcher
I purchased EA pass and then canceled it after a few months. Now my EA games I own say I need to login to EA or they say that this game was installed under an account that purchased the game. I can't launch anything from steam or even EA play games with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
