EA Launcher doesn't launch games.

im having the exact same issue. I just bought PGA Tour to give it a shot even though I hate EA games and the minute I try to give them a second chance, this is what I am stuck with. $70 for a game that I can't even play because their game launcher software is horrible. I also get the infinite loop of "game preparing", then crash, then reload the app then "game preparing" then crash again. This loop is infinite and the only way to stop it is to actually restart my PC. I talked to support in the chat and they couldn't even give me an ETA of when this issue will be resolved. One of them told me by end of this week - wtf???
