EA Launcher not Showing Knockout City

Hello

after talking to the Live Chat support, they told me to create and topic.
So appereantly EA Launcher is not showing my game Knockout City (https://prnt.sc/33NL0O59pCOV)

I did the follwing fixes to try solving this issue (nothing worked)

⟶ Logged out of the Launcher and into another account
⟶ Uninstalled Knockout City 
⟶ Uninstalled and reinstalled EA Launcher Completly clean
⟶ Clearing Cache 
⟶ Downloading the Latest version of the Launcher 

This issue should help the devs locating the problem and maybe fix it for a future app update.
