EA PC App to this day barely works.

Every and all of my games are stuck on "Calculating time" whenever there are any updates released, and I have to reinstall them completely from scratch every single time.

"Repairing" also just gets stuck, games sometimes refuse to load up and need a complete restart, sometimes the games go into a loop launching other launchers, and just ping-ponging between each other. Uninstalling also gets stuck sometimes, but that works most of the time.

I'm not looking for workarounds because I've tried them all, I'm just providing a "bug report" as useless as it is I'm sure. App recovery, clearing cache, manually clearing cache deleting folders, reinstalling EA App, running as admin, moving file locations, using a VPN, using a VM, nothing is working apart from a complete reinstall. I'm looking for an ETA on when this will be fixed, because this has been a problem for years. It's not that the App isn't "up to my standards" or "not perfect", it literally just barely works, and we're forced to use it, especially if we play on Game Pass.

Thankfully I've got a very fast connection and can download any game again at max in 15-20 minutes, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
