EA pc app wont download bf 2042 game

the app didn't download the bf 2042 game ..im waiting almost one month and nothing happen...?

    Hi @swordq8 Thanks for letting us know what you're running into, to check are you getting an error message or what happens when you hit download?

    Also, can you try to Clear EA App's Cache and then restart the download?

    @EA_Illium no the problem is the game bf2042 not shown in my library ..all my game is there only bf2042

    @swordq8 Thanks for the clarification, To check how do you have access to the game? (Purchased from Origin or EA app, through Game Pass, through EA Play)

    @swordq8 Thank you for the clarification, If you are on the Origin app versus the Beta EA app, then can we check if the game has been hidden?

    Go to your library and check in the top right for filters and see if the game appears when you select the hidden option.
