I've been trying for the last two hours to launch one of my games, but nothing happens. The app just closes and reopens, and I've tried multiple things to see if I can fix it, including running Ea Play as an admin, clearing the cache, and restarting my computer, but still nothing. Has anyone had this problem and found a way to fix it?
this "workaround" by chiefmarcus37 (https://answers.ea.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/40864468) worked for me:
"ok so this worked for me ......... close ea app and re download origin and install it, then boot it up ...... origin will ask you to update to the ea app when you do, it will say you have already installed the ea app and give you a option to repair, all my games worked after repairing the app this way, hope this works for you"
