After renewing my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, as I update my Sims 4 game and check my library, the EA app, for some reason, thinks that I no longer have the subscription. I have my Xbox account linked and have never unlinked it. I'm very confused and am sort of just assuming that this is a bug. Wondering what I can do to fix it.
Seems like a mass issue, there's a few posts about it now. Hopefully that means they'll be aware of it quickly.
God I hope so. I just got off work and I want to play some Battlefield 1. hahahahah!
TBH they wont be fixing it quickly, as they are trying to push it off on Microsoft saying its thier issue.. Ive talked to someone on chat, it been 4-5 hours now for some people... 3-4 days
