EA Play, new install and games will not load

So I decided to get myself EA Play Pro and play some games with that.

Downloaded Fifa23 and when launching the game it will give a error at times or just nothing and game will not launch.

Had it working few times by uninstalling the anticheat program and running it as admin.

But every time I have this issue when trying to play this game and sometimes it won't work at all.

So thought I try a few other games and went ahead and installed BF1 and F122, games installed fine and yet again....starting the game does....nothing !

So as we all do we search the web and see if this is a common issue and we might have missed something ( as I been playing games on PC for over 20 years I am far from new to troubleshooting etc ) but I read there are a lot of people having issues and this might be not in my control.

Would like to have a response from EA as to how this is possible, and if there is something I have missed because paying 99eur and being excited to play some games finding out nothing works is well, refund time.
