Summarize your bug Claimed xbox gamepass, xbox account already linked to ea, but cannot download ea play games
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not completely sure, I opened the ea app and it was broken.
What happens when the bug occurs? If I press download on xbox app, it simply opens ea pass and gives me a prompt to buy ea play.
What do you expect to see? The game actually download
