Summarize your bug EA app not recognizing EA Play subscription purchased on Steam. I've uninstalled the EA app, launched a game through Steam which automatically installed the EA app, verified my Steam account is connected, yet the EA app is still showing that I do not have an active EA Play subscription.

What can be done to ensure the EA app is recognizing my Play subscription?
Hi @UnoriginalOG Apologies to confirm the EA Play subscription is client and platform specific.
If you subscribe to EA Play on Steam you will have access to EA Play benefits through the Steam client. If you are able to access the play list (download and launch games) through Steam that is where you will want to continue doing so unless you decide to end the subscription there and sign up through the EA App.
This is because some benefits and games are only available on specific platforms and clients.
