@EA_Barry Any update? Looking at the socials and discord channels this is not an isolated issue.

        @EA_Barry is there any further update other than canned response?

        It's ridiculous I have to wait for a week for an update?

        Ps. I have already raised a case with EA Support but other than raising the initial ticket, there is no way to update with responses.

        EA Support is awful!
