EA Support is not fit for purpose!!!!

    Thanks but i don't qualify I've had the game since early access (over 30 days).

    Looking at the community a few ppl have had the same problem but EA just choose to ignore it.

    Should be able to take them to court as its their update that has caused it - a waste of 50 pounds.

      Maybe try EA Error Reporter in the EA app?
