Ea took all my storage

I was trying to download Sims 4, but it wasn't loading, so I followed a tutorial to go to the app directory and clear the cache. Once I did this, the download was gone, and I didn't think anything of it but to restart the download, except it said I only had 2.02 GB left. I was confused because I had 22+ GB on my system. The EA app took all my storage, and I cannot get it back.

    I did that and attempted it, but I kept having to delete the file and restart the download. I just gave up because my laptop only has 50GB of storage, and I can't free up anymore. Thanks for the help, though.

    @prayforlyn Can you check the install location, as there may be files the game attempted to install that are still there? If so, delete them and try the download again.

    Please note: Sims requires a minimum storage based on minimum and recommended specs:
    - Minimum: At least 25 GB of free space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content and saved games
    - Recommended: 50 GB of free space, with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content and saved games

    Nevermind, went into The ea games file location and deleted it. Thanks mate
