EC 10610 error

It's been a while since that question, but I just encountered the same error. Connection is fine and just before the error occured I had a problem synchronizing the save files. Synchronizing error of Mass Effect Andromeda occured after quitting the game.
When I started the game I was offered to use the local save files with the error 10610.
I could fix the problem by backuping the save files, deleting the save-file-folder, starting the game, quitting the game, paste the youngest save file into the newly generated save-directory and restarting the game again.
Note: just repasting all the files in the new folder got me the same error. My conclusion: something is wrong with one of the save-files.

No. All my friends in China have the same issue. The root cause is  we can't visit EA server in China. 

Hello, have you fixed this? I am getting a similar problem. I am also in China. 

It only happen when I launch games from EA APP.  It's OK If I launch BF6 from steam

I have tried OpenDNS 208.67.222.222 , reinstalling anticheat, EA app and clearing the cache. It still doesn't work. Thanks anyway

That's not something we can do, sorry. Have you tried using the OpenDNS?

Also, if you select launch game, does the game start and then give you another error message? A photo of the error you get in the game might help us investigate its cause further.

You can, in the meantime, reinstall the anticheat, reinstall the EA App, and clear the cache. Sometimes the installation data or the cached data cause problems.

But we can connect to the game server in EA games. Only failed in EA APP.

Could you tell me the domain used in EC 10608?  I will try to ping it in shell.

I am using the fastest and best home network in China. 

Alternatively to Google's DNS, you can try Open DNS.

In the meantime, please also change the language of the EA App to English. It will help us read the error message. It looks like the network configuration is involved, though. 

Have you also tried using a different connection altogether? That might help us isolate the cause of this error. If you are trying to play from a restricted network, finding a different network without restrictions might be necessary.
